Why are you in Ministry

This is a fundamental question that must be answered by every individual who claims to have the call of God upon his or her life – why am I in ministry. What is my calling, what are my gifts?

Essentially, ministry is service and success or exploit in ministry begins with service.

Jesus told them, "I have food to eat that you don't know about." The disciples asked each other, "Did someone bring him something to eat?" Jesus told them, "My food is to do what the one who sent me wants me to do and to finish the work he has given me - John 4:32-34

This is what it takes to reign as a believer. That was why Jesus said to his disciples in Luke chapter 24 verse 49  "I'm sending you what my Father promised. Wait here in the city until you receive power from heaven."

And in Acts chapter 2, the promised power came down in the form of the Holy Ghost.

We believe our in-depth of the Word of God in the month gone by has been more refreshing. "But the path of righteous people is like the shining light that becomes brighter and brighter until its perfect day" - Pro 4:18. 

This is to say, our greatness this month as believers will surely be a betterment of the previous month.

Tithing has been in existence and practiced among the people of God even before the Law of Moses, as well as during the era of the Law “And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thy oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.” Deu 14:23

So, what is tithing or tithing definition? Who should pay tithe? What are the common misconceptions about Tithing?

Fulfilling Purpose - Be all you can be in Jesus Christ

Do you know that you can be everything you’ve ever dream of becoming? Do you know you can ride those Rolls Royce you’ve ever dreamed of acquiring? You can be everything you want to be in Jesus Christ alone.

Affecting your world positively

When Jesus was about releasing his disciples, he gave them power to change the world. He said “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves” - Mat 10:16 .

We were meant to affect our world positively and not the world affecting us. You are meant to affect the economy and not the economy affecting you. You are meant to subdue the world via Christ being in you and not the world subduing you.

Daily Bible Study - Step Up

Friends, I’m here to challenge you this weekend to step up. This is our Daily Bible Study for the season.

The Holy Spirit teaches my reborn human spirit that I am no longer under the condemning sentences of sin, sickness, and poverty. I no longer have to walk as an unregenerate man in the flesh. I am to walk after my reborn human spirit as I am taught and led by the Holy Spirit.
