God in Man - The 3rd Dispensation

Word of God - At this time we will focus our attention on the 3^rd dispensation, God in man.  The 3^rd dispensation, God in man came about when the promise of the Father was fulfilled in that upper room when the Holy Ghost came in as a mighty rushing wind and infilling everyone present.  

ACTS 2:4  And they were ALL filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

This is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with an actual incoming of the very real essence of God etched deep into the very essence of who you are.   Here in this environment of righteousness the old man of self dies and the mind of Christ can be developed deep in the inner heart. 

You are made a partaker of God’s own divine nature.  He has filled you with the Holy Spirit with purpose in mind.   A look at 2 Peter 3-9 will further clarify that purpose.  

Lets restructure 2^nd Peter just a bit to help you read it and learn

2 Peter 3-9:

As His divine power has given to us ALL things that pertain to life and Godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.  By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature,  having  escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

But also for this very REASON, giving ALL DILIGENCE,

            Add to your     FAITH  …………………..                VIRTUE,

                        to         VIRTUE …………………                KNOWLEDGE,

                        to         KNOWLEDGE ………….                SELF-CONTROL,

                        to         SELF-CONTROL ……….               PERSEVERANCE,

                        to         PERSEVERANCE ………               GODLINESS,

                        to         GODLINESS ……………                BROTHERLY KINDNESS,

                        to         BROTHERLY  KINDNESS .           LOVE.

For IF these things ARE YOURS and ABOUND, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the KNOWLEDGE of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For he who LACKS these things is SHORT SIGHTED, even to BLINDNESS, and has FORGOTTEN that he was cleansed from his old sins.

This is the key for an in depth knowledge of Jesus.  You may be Baptized in the full experience of the Holy Spirit but if you do not give ALL Diligence to add these things to your daily walk you will be left short sighted and yes even blind.
