How many people look forward to New Year s Eve and its many celebrations? We all look forward to the New Year with dreams of making a difference and doing lots of things differently.
Some will picture themselves Spend more time with Family & Friends, Praise & Worship God more, Quit Smoking, Meditate on God's Word, Enjoy Life More, Making Maximum Impact, Quit Drinking, Dealing with Worries and Anxiety, Get Out of Debt, Becoming an Explosive Christians, Get Organized and many more.
New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year 2011. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want or need to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.
What ever your New Year's Resolution list looks like or your plan or the upcoming year is, always remember that you will need the help of the Great helper himself (The Holy Spirit) to actualize it.
Let the word of God be the compass for your sail.
You need to consecrate yourself for God and Him alone. Refuse to be intimidated by the economic crunch. Focus your entire existence on God.
Why embrace a change of heart? “Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved” - Mat 9:17. It is for your preservation this New Year.
I wish you a Happy New Year filled with God’s Love and riches much more that you could ever imagine in Jesus Name.
Enjoy the New Year as you Move to the Next Level!
