Previously on our divine guidance series, we mentioned that you need to be spiritual to be lead by God as spiritual guidance is a must for every believer who is set to make a mark on this earth. Likewise, we must set ourselves on the watch in order to hear what God has to say - be watchful
This is to say, we must be watchful at all times to access the hidden mysteries God has promised each and every one of us. “ I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will be watchful to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” - Habakkuk 2:1-3

Until you stand upon your watch, you can’t see or have access to any vision talk less of penning them down as stated in the above scripture.
Remember Christ telling his disciples “couldest not thou watch one hour?” - Mar 14:37. You might be saying in your heart “but I’m tired after work and you know it’s by grace”...Yes I know that our journey here on earth is by grace but you need to stand on your WATCH and build up your faith to be divinely guided and accessing Gods divine divine guidance.
Now lets take it this way. Your enemy / adversary the Devil neither sleeps but does wickedly each and every minute… Why must you sleep and not be watchful?
If you are really set and ready to hear and be led by God, you must be on your watch. Enough of sleeping believers (I didn’t say don’t sleep when you ought to) but have a special time you separate yourself from the worries and cares of this world, from short term enjoyments and stand on watch to hear from God.
If you’ve been watching two home movies per day before, reduce it to 1 and use the other 1 and half hour (you know) to be watchful in prayers so as to be divinely guided and have access to divine guidance. Ok... don’t be scared; start with lets say 20mins in prayers, speak in tongues if your denomination allows you to and you will see that 20mins will turn to 40mins and 40 will turn to an hour of being watchful for divine guidance and so on.
Receive grace to be watchful in Jesus Name.
