As I traveled down the road this season for holiday and to visit family members, a scripture keeps popping up in my Mind. Not that I’ve not heard of it before nor taught about it, but the interpretation was quite different - Pro 4:18 which says "But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” another translation (G.W) says “But the path of righteous people is like the light of dawn that becomes brighter and brighter until it reaches midday” Who is the Just (we believers of course - you and me) according to the Word of God

Lets put this is our modern translation “Your path and mine as well is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”  - Greater glory

Benefits of Mentorship - Christian mentorship

Mentorship refers to a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps a less experienced.

The word “mentor” is defined as “a wise and trusted counselor or teacher.” Although “mentoring” doesn’t appear in the Bible, Scripture does give us numerous examples of mentoring. 

Moses was mentored by Jethro his father-in-law, as son-in-law and then as a leader (Exodus 18).

Keep the Faith - Christian Faith

For decades now, we’ve been saying Christ is coming soon and lots of believers have failed in this race due to unbelief. Questions like is the Christian faith real? Is Christ even coming at all? Is Heaven and Hell Real? and many more have hunted many believers in the body of Christ. We are here to advise and encourage you as a co-worker in His vineyard to keep the faith – Though it tarry, wait for it.

How can I increase my faith?- Christian Faith in God

You may want to ask - how do we grow in faith as believers, where do I start? How do I keep the doubts and unbelief out of my life? I asked myself the same questions before. There were times when I seemed to have gotten off track in my walk with the Lord. I got distracted. I started to focus more and more on my problems instead of God's faithfulness to help me go through the challenges in my life. I knew I didn’t call myself and I know that God will never leave me alone. What did I do to get back on track?

The Word of God for Today - More Like You

Lord help me to be in Your holy will; Tell me what to do today;

Lead me in Your righteousness; Make me more like You, I pray.

Guard me against this corrupting world, Its perverted priorities, temptations, too.

Direct my mind toward Your commands, So I can focus my life on You.

Look around the world today and you will find all of the wars, famines, and disease foretold in the book of Revelations about the end of time. Fear not! All of the foretold signs preceding the Christ have already taken place but mankind has been blind to them. The loyal prophet of God that will lead the rebirth of society and establish heaven on Earth already walks the globe. There is a plan and it will all be revealed, but only when the time is right. My friends, I am here to tell you that it does not matter what "religion" you follow. This life is a test of character. In order to obtain eternal life with God you MUST follow the Ten Commandments and you MUST love Jesus Christ for the sacrifice he made in order to bring you, and millions of your brothers and sisters, closer to our Father (Personality of Jesus Christ). In actuality if you follow these guidelines you will see the Truth and you will begin to love each fellow soul MORE than you love your own.

How to Understand the Word of God for Today

I've outlined below five (5) proven and simple steps with personal testimonies on how to understand the word of God. Today, you don't have to be a pulpit pastor or an evangelist to understand the scriptures.

HEARING: This is one way to learn God’s word and boost up your faith in Him. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” - Rom 10:17. You can listen to messages, audio, video and VCDs of anointed men and women of God. It is very helpful and a very impactful method of understanding the word of God.

Breaking Financial Hardship - Freedom from Poverty

Prophetically, financial hardship is unavoidable. It is in God's divine programme that this world will be humbled, to respect God. This generation of proud men and women will be brought to their knees, to know that there is a true God. Every time God wants to humble a people, one of the things He uses is hunger.

The good news is that the Mayan "Long Count" calendar may not end on Dec. 21, 2012 (and, by extension, the world may not end along with it). The bad news for prophecy believers? If the calendar doesn't end in December 2012, no one knows when it actually will - or if it has already.

The truth is, I was reading this article about the world coming to an end 3 months ago and i even subscribed to the Site (Anonymous) and within 2 days, i received a package which includes the 2012 apocalypse and i was like "If the world comes to an end as predicted, that means the bible is just a book with bunch of lies" because i remember reading where Jesus said "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh" - Mat 25:13. 

How to Meditate on God's Word Today - Covenant Steps

The word meditate means “to muse over, ponder, to plan in the mind, to purpose, or intend.” The Greek word implies “to revolve something in the mind” and is also translated to imagine.
Two reasons for biblical mediation are “to ponder over correct knowledge, also referred to as renewing the mind and to contact God behind His Word” through prayer, praise, and mediation; i.e., musing, pondering, and thinking about Him. So, how to meditate on God's word.

What is the Word of God for Today - Jesus the word of God

As we read through Scriptures as believers, it was obvious that Jesus was and is The Word of God for Today. I am sure no-one would disagree with this. It is interesting to note that He is THE Word of God Today.

The word THE is singular, meaning there is only one. My study took me into Greek and Hebrew lexicons and dictionaries and many times I had to go back to the Lord and ask Him to shed light on things that I did not understand.

He always came through with answers that made sense, as you would expect.

Accessing Gods Divine Guidance - Be Watchful

Previously on our divine guidance series, we mentioned that you need to be spiritual to be lead by God as spiritual guidance is a must for every believer who is set to make a mark on this earth. Likewise, we must set ourselves on the watch in order to hear what God has to say - be watchful

This is to say, we must be watchful at all times to access the hidden mysteries God has promised each and every one of us.  “ I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will be watchful to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” - Habakkuk 2:1-3

Free from DANGER - Under Gods Protection

Whoever lives under the shelter of the Most High will remain in the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say to the LORD, "You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust." He is the one who will rescue you from hunters' traps and from deadly plagues.

He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His truth is your shield and armor.

Engage the power of fasting and prayer

In accessing God’s guidance, we need to lay emphasis on Prayer and Fasting which is one of the ingredients for accessing God’s leading and directions as a believer. So don't be deceived by doctrines that says "Christ has Fasted all the fast for you" Trust me friends, that's just another Lie from the pit of hell to hinder your access to Hidden Mysteries Prayer and Fasting offers.

Understanding God’s Leading as a Christian

“When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

Effective Money Management – Record Keeping God’s Way

I welcome you to this glorious month in the name of Jesus. This month of October will be a month of Success and Divine Leading for every member of this Blog in Jesus Name.

This day, I shall be dwelling on the theme: Effective Money Management In the Home. My prayer is that every form of financial stagnation shall end by the end of this teaching.

The Bible says: "if the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" Psalm 11:3. The answer is Nothing. Therefore, I shall be teaching on the topic: Accountability.
