There is more to life than fun and fortune - pursuit of happiness. This is true happiness and joy rooted in Gods Word. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" - Ps 119:105
He has a wonderful plan for your life and my life too. “Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?” - Matt 6:31.
Money and fame, fortune and riches will surely fade away but true happiness rooted in the word of God is what keeps us believers going. Trust me friends, Christianity is not really a bed of roses as many believers will tell you during evangelism or at salvation.
You are bound to face challenges and oppositions – road blocks on the way to the top sometimes. When you are filled with the word of God, you enjoy true happiness despite circumstances around you. “For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee” - Psa 128:2.
Christianity is sweet. All you have to do is follow what the word says.
What did the bible says about me? Psa 139:14 “for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” Give thanks always

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.” Matt 6:31-34
