In our Word of God series today, we’ll be talking about the holy ghost power “But ye shall receive power after the Holy Spirit is come upon you” - Act 1:8
This is what it takes to reign as a believer. That was why Jesus said to his disciples in Luke chapter 24 verse 49 "I'm sending you what my Father promised. Wait here in the city until you receive power from heaven."
“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them, cloven tongues as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them utterance”
When you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost, you receive a baptism of power. You are then born into power and baptized into power. There is no reason therefore for you to live a defeated life.
When you enter into the power region, you become a power packed being. This power (the Holy Ghost power) is just not a badge or emblem to be carried about, it is an instrument of triumph – Luke 10:19
