In our daily bible study today, we'll be talking about the subject tagged "Divine Wisdom"
Divine simply means heavenly or godly. Therefore, we can say that divine wisdom is a kind of wisdom that is heavenly. That is, a kind of wisdom that is not of this world.
Divine wisdom is operational by divine instructions as contained in the word of God.
Daniel In the first year of his reign said “I, Daniel, learned from the Scriptures the number of years that Jerusalem would remain in ruins. The LORD had told the prophet Jeremiah that Jerusalem would remain in ruins for 70 years” - Daniel 9:2. Daniel was said to have the wisdom of the gods – His wisdom was not earthly but divine as it was rooted in the word of God.
Solomon was a man who operated in divine wisdom but when he diverted from receiving instructions and obeying the word of God which is a major catalyst for the sustainability of divine wisdom, his wisdom became stale.
Divine wisdom is what commands divine wealth as God is set to use financial fortune in the body of Christ to mark out his own people.
Proverbs 3:13 - 15 “Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her”
This could be said to be the same order of wisdom Jesus portrayed even as a child according to Luke 2:40 “The child grew and became strong. He was filled with wisdom, and God's favor was with him”
You can’t do away with divine wisdom if you are really set to make mark in life.
Prayer line: Lord, Fill me with your wisdom that will humble my generation!
