Be doers of the Word of God. The word of God is quick and powerful. it can mold the best out of a weakling. We all know that faith comes by hearing the word of God BUT hearing the word of God alone is not what will make us as believers to be a world change but a dedicated doers of the word - James 1:22-25
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. KJV
As we learn our rights in Christ and become diligent doers of the Word, then our lives are transformed into the image of Jesus Christ, and we enter into an unending edification process with the help of the Holy Spirit.
The bible says out of the mouth of two or more withness is a matter established. Therefore, also look at Rom 2:13
13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. KJV
So friends, i do admonish each and every one of us this day to not only be hearers of the word but daily doers of the word of god.
