One of the types of prayers in the bible is the Prayer of Agreement. It is when two or more people come together in agreement on one or more issue and pray
- Jesus speaking in Matthew Chapter 18 verse 19 said “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven”

1. It has to involve more than just one person – “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing”
2. There must be an agreement – Two people must come together and agree on a particular situation. It requires the principles of one house. For if a house be divided against itself, it cant stand.
3. There must be an asking – You must have something to ask before you are guaranteed answers.
The force of the prayer of agreement
The force of the prayer of agreement is that you get whatsoever you request from God “it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven”
God is in the midst of this kind of prayer and you are guaranteed a positive response from God.
“For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up” – Ecc 4:10
